Zoda Review follows your Shopify fulfilments. You choose whether to wait for fulfilment or delivery, and how long after.
Every delivery
can win the next sale.
Zoda Review asks each customer for a review after their order arrives — by email or WhatsApp — collects stars and photos, and puts the reviews you approve on your product pages, where the next shopper is deciding.
- Free plan
- Email and WhatsApp
- Verified purchases only
See it work
One delivery, from the review request to the next shopper adding it to cart.
A product page with no reviews asks every shopper to go first.
Your happy customers rarely come back to say so — not because they would not, but because nobody asked at the right moment. Zoda Review asks once the order has arrived, in the channel they actually read.
How it works
Set it up once. After that, every order asks for itself.
By email, WhatsApp, or both — one request for each product they bought. From Growth, an email reminder follows if they have not answered.
Stars, a few words and photos if they like, on a page that works on any phone. No account, no app to install.
Publish from the Reviews screen, or from Growth let 4-star-and-up reviews publish themselves. Reviews with photos always wait for you.
Most review apps only send email.
Where email goes unread, the request never gets an answer. Zoda Review sends it over WhatsApp too, from your own number, using a template you wrote and WhatsApp approved — in your language, with a link straight to the review page.
- Meta Cloud API, Twilio or YCloud
- Your template, your wording, any language
- STOP replies honoured automatically
- Send a test to your own phone first
Hi Sara, thanks for your order from Canvas Supply Co. How do you like your Canvas Tote Bag?
It takes less than a minute, and you can add a photo.
The details that make reviews worth trusting
Collecting reviews is easy. Collecting ones shoppers believe is the work.
Stars on your product cards
Ratings are written to Shopify's own product rating fields, so themes that read them can show your stars on collection pages and in product structured data.
Widgets for every page
Rating summary, review list, carousel, floating badge and a store-wide rating — theme app blocks you place in the theme editor, with no code.
Only real customers
Every requested review is tied to a Shopify order, so it is a verified purchase. Reviews you import are kept as imported, never passed off as verified.
Photos, under your control
Customers can add photos on every plan. A review with photos never publishes on its own — you see the photo first.
Reply in public
Answer a review from the app and your reply shows under it on the store, so the next shopper sees how you handle problems.
Bring the reviews you already have
Import past reviews from a CSV, matched to products by handle or SKU, and show every review on one store-wide reviews page.

Questions merchants ask
When does the customer get asked?
After the order is fulfilled or delivered — you choose — plus a delay you set. New stores start with email, seven days after fulfilment, which you can change at any time.
How does WhatsApp work?
You connect your own WhatsApp sender — Meta Cloud API, Twilio or YCloud — and choose an approved message template. Customers who reply STOP are not messaged again unless they reply START. WhatsApp requests are on the Pro and Scale plans.
Does it work with my theme?
Yes. The widgets are Shopify theme app blocks, so you place them in the theme editor where you want them on Online Store 2.0 themes. Zoda Review checks your published theme and tells you whether a block is actually live.
Can I stop a bad review going live?
Yes. Every review waits for your approval unless you turn on auto-publish (from Growth) for the star ratings you choose, and reviews with photos always wait. You can also reply publicly instead.
Can I import reviews from another app?
Yes, from the Growth plan. Upload a CSV, preview how each row matches your products, then import. Imported reviews are labelled as imported in the app.
What does it cost?
Free for 100 review requests a month by email. Growth is $9.99 a month, Pro is $24.99 and Scale is $59.99, each with more requests and features. Yearly billing costs about ten months of the monthly price.
