The form appears only on the size or colour that is actually unavailable, in the place you choose on the product page.
Sold out is not a lost sale.
It is a waiting list.
Zoda Notify turns your sold-out product pages into a waitlist, then tells each shopper by email or WhatsApp the moment their exact size or colour is back — with a link straight to it.
- Free plan, no card
- Email and WhatsApp
- Live in a few minutes
See it work
From a sold-out product page to the alert landing on a phone.
Every sold-out page is demand you already paid for.
The shopper found the product, chose a size and decided to buy. Then the page said no, and the only thing left was to leave. The interest was real — it just had nowhere to go.
How it works
Four steps, and only the first one needs you.
Email, WhatsApp, or both — whichever channels you have switched on. No account, no app to install.
Zoda Notify watches inventory for that exact variant, including restocks that never move an inventory level.
Straight to the variant they wanted, not the collection page. Sent in the order people joined the list.
Most back-in-stock apps stop at email.
In markets where email goes unread, that is the whole product wasted. Zoda Notify sends the same alert over WhatsApp, from your own number, using a template you wrote and WhatsApp approved — in your language, with a button that opens the exact product.
- Meta Cloud API, Twilio or YCloud
- Your template, your wording, any language
- STOP replies honoured automatically
- Delivery and failures explained in plain words
Good news — Merino Runner (Black / 42) is back in stock at Acme Supplies.
Stock is limited, so grab it before it sells out again.
The details that decide whether it actually works
Back-in-stock alerts are easy to ship and easy to get wrong.
Variant-level, not product-level
Someone waiting for the black size 42 hears about the black size 42. Nobody is told an item is back when their option still is not.
Your theme, your placement
Add the form below the buy button, or in place of the Sold out button. It can also offer sold-out options your theme greys out, so shoppers can still ask for them.
Built to stay out of the way
One 6 KB request on product pages, nothing that blocks rendering, and no work at all on pages that are in stock.
Consent handled properly
Optional double opt-in, one-click unsubscribe in every email, and STOP replies honoured on WhatsApp.
A delivery log you can read
Every alert with its status and, when a provider refuses one, the reason in plain words rather than an error code.
Revenue you can point at
Orders placed after an alert are matched back to it, so the waitlist has a number next to it instead of a feeling.

Questions merchants ask
Does it work with my theme?
Yes. The form is a Shopify theme app block, so you place it in the theme editor exactly where you want it. It works with Online Store 2.0 themes, and if your theme hides or greys out sold-out options, the app can offer those options itself so shoppers can still join the list.
How does WhatsApp work?
You connect your own WhatsApp sender — Meta Cloud API, Twilio or YCloud — and choose one of your approved message templates. Zoda Notify shows the templates on your account, tells you what is wrong with one that cannot deliver, and previews the message with a real product before you save.
Can I write the message in Arabic?
Yes. The WhatsApp message is your own approved template, in any language, with variables in any order — you choose what each one means. Email subject and body are yours to edit in the app.
What happens if something sells out again before the alert is sent?
The alert is dropped. Availability is re-checked at the moment of sending, so nobody is told an item is back when it is not.
Will it slow my store down?
It adds one 6 KB script to product pages and nothing that blocks the page from rendering. Its styles are inlined rather than fetched, so there is no extra stylesheet request.
What does it cost?
Free for 20 alerts a month by email. Pro is $12.99 a month for 500 alerts, Plus is $34.99 a month for unlimited alerts plus WhatsApp. Both paid plans include a 14-day free trial, and yearly billing saves two months.
